I wanted some legal advices so that i can sue my father's friend.

So,my father has a friend who has to pay some debts to my father but unable to repay it he calls him everday to the bar buys him liquor.My father rarely drank before but now due to that person he drinks even during the day.So can you please provide me some legal advices to proceed with this matter and how I can sue my father's friend who is buying my father liqour.Thanks a lot for attending my concern.

Dear Sir, You can approach Police or file a private complaint against such friend of your father who is inducing your father to take liquors frequently. In the meanwhile file money recovery suit against him and get a decree to that effect. You may corner him in many ways.

As your father is a major no one has a right to constrain him within the for corners of the house. But your father can file a case for recover of amounts from the father's friend and develop grudge between them. So that your father will not join with his friend.
