I want to take care of my mother

My mother is dependant on me and i want to take care of my mother but my wife is not agree with me she is blackmailing to me
You have to take care of your dependant Mother and it is your responsibilityu as per law. If your wife is not agreeing with you, your mother may file a case against You and your wife and with the direction of court, You and your wife will have to take care of your mother to which your wife has to agree.

First of all try to settled matter amicably and if she is not ready then take legal action against her by issuing notice because mother is also your responsibility who nourished you entire life. You can adjust your wife and kids in near about house.

You have to take care of both.. No any discrimination among those. Do not listen when wife talk against your mother and do not listen your mother too when she talks against your wife.... If your wife use to blackmail than behave like Macho Man and join health club instead of legal action.
