I want to resolve issues with my husband

My husband has a secretive life which he lives and don't share with me. we are married in 2013 till now he is living like this. His sexual and emotional relationships are outside the marriage. We have a son, who is 9 years old and autistic. he doesn't care about him too. His life is happy for himself but not with us. whenever he comes home he lives separately from us. Since it is happening from a long time me and my son are facing problems.

U can file a petition for divorce as this is also a cruelty towards u and ur son by him .Not taking care of a autistic child is also a crime and comes under cruelty. U can file for maintenance for ur child and yourself in the family court or under DV Act .

you must confront him with this or maybe his parents. if still this does not resolve the issue you must keenly think about initiating any legal course of action as it may also affect your son. after very deep thought you can initiate legal process for several rights.
