You may approach human rights authority for illegal detention. You may also approach High Cour or police station. If you have true love then convince her father or sit DHARNA till death and get her. You will succeed to get, nature will support you.

Hi, u can lodge a complainant before jurisdictional police station and with the help of them u can make her to come out of court and u after that u can lodge a police complaint before woman’s commission. Thank you

Technically speaking , if she a major that is above 18 years old then she has all the right under the law to get married with anyone of her
choice.
But in reality she is being ‘held’ by her parents so legal actions can be taken against this but I doubt you have any legal right to take these actions.
Best way if practical would be to convince their parents and take their permission before you both get married. Failing which there might be adverse effects of her parents taking legal including criminal and police against you.
Think twice before you act.
