yes so you can now go at with the marriage to the marriage registrar and and there is no sup in the relationship so you can do the marry as per the Hindu Marriage Act depending up on your religion you can also move for the special Marriage Act

this marriage is not valid according to Hindu law. so if you are progressing Hinduism then the marriage according to law is not possible but if you wish to not go by law then it is completely your wish. You will not be able to get anything further according to the govt declarations because the marriage will not be a valid one in the eyes of law
