I want to live with my husband but they are planning to sell the hous

I am Hindu. My husband locked me out of his house because his father guidance.and he won't give me the key to enter in to the House.i want to live him but my in-laws not allow my husband to be with me..he afraid about his parents and they brainwashed my husband totally.

1. you have to lodge a complaint in the police station. 2. you have to file the case in the family court. 3. you have to bring the stay on the property so as not to sell the property. 4. speak to you the elders and solve the issue

Dear Madam, It is your matrimonial house and you can break the lock and enter into the house. In the meanwhile you may file Domestic Violence case against your husband and his parents and take restraint order. Nobody on this earth prevent you from entering your husband's house provided you are ready to face the consequences with the help of Police.
