I want a legal notice to my parents and All , i want my life, i want my freedom, i am very frustrated here if my parents not to let me go i will got suicide

A legal notice would not make any difference. Better have a word with your parents and settle it up. law very much provides you with independeng rights. I things go out of hands then approach court for implementation if those rights. But try to settle up with parents first.

if you have attained the age of maturity you at any time can leave your house a d has freedom to do anything without any interruption from any person you don't even have to send them legal notice. you have every right to live your life of your choice and nobody can make you stop
