I want to know upto what age can a person be adopted? I am 41 years old, my mother passed away on 31st July 2021.I am staying with my aunty(my mom's elder sister who is not married) she is 74 years old can she adopt me legally

okay I understand your questions so now you are asking till. what age person take adoption of children right yes it is possible your aunt will take adoption it is possible underimdian adoption and suctiotion act sayes sonif you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Madam, Only child below 15 years can be adopted by any person upto 90 years. Your aunty can adopt but she cannot adopt you since you are aged 41 years and she may choose any small child below 15 years.
