I want to do second marriage but my 1st Marriage case is till running

Hello Sir,nMy 1st wife filed false cases to me & my family under MISC & 498. This case progress is running since year and progress is very slow. nNow someone is in my life , I just want to get marry with her because I wanna rise in my life and not wanna stop due this false cases and allegation. Can you please tell what precaution I can take for this second marriage till 1st divorce can complete. nI know it is illegal as per Hindu Marriage Law but I don't even know when the case will close, and then I start my new life or not. So I want to start my new life again this year end.Your advices is very helpful & thankful for me.

first legally you cannot marry second time (to a different person) during the life time of your earlier spouse from a subsisting marriage. its not only a wrong but also a criminal (offence). correct way is to first get the 498 either quashed or compromised, if possible if not then file a divorce and after that start following up with your new partner in a pseudo marriage sort of relationship which can be officially and legally converted to marriage after you obtain a divorce decree and the appeal period expires.

since you get the final degree of divorce you cannot marry again it is illegal as per law you say in details about your case so that it gets solved fast after final degree you can marry what is your jurisdiction....

you must settle your issues as soon as possible to end your marriage and move on in life there are technical few stances you have to take for which you need to discuss to what extent you can go to end all of this and start for a better life soon
