I want to do court marry of love marry to a non sikh girl

Sir I am a Sikh and want to marry a non Sikh girl but she is captivated in her house means not able to come out so what should I do for love marriage or court marriage ?
How can we elope for marriage ?
you don't need to elope for marriage. if at all she is being confined by her parents and if she will not back track, you may approach the court for directions to produce her before the court. confining someone who is a major is not allowed under law, even by parents.

You can file an application before the magistrate or SDM seeking the search of the confined person. The magistrate/SDM will direct the police to conduct the search and look into the matter, further you can also approach the High court for getting you wife out of the house.
