I want to divorce from my husband as he has punished me alot.

I got married before 10 years ago. As my husband has not given me time and emotional support so that's why I get turn in an extra marital affair. My husband got to know about our relationship and he has collected all WhatsApp chat, videos as a proof. I apologised him. Then after he behaved very badly with me. He harrassed me so badly physically, sexually, mentally and emotionally. I had attempt suicide also but he don't mind. I got very tired and I leaved his home. Now I am living with my parents from last 1 year. And now I want divorce from him.
Because if I will go to him he will killed me.
Please suggest me what should I do now?
If such things happened previously then it will be better that you both should move away and choose your paths. You can file divorce petition on the ground of physical and mental cruelty. Also if he is also ready to divorce you then you both can move by mutual consent.

If both you don't want to continue your marriage then you can file a mutual divorce petition and attach with it agreement mentioning the terms agreed upon by both of u. If he isn't ready then u may file domestic violence case, u need to immediately contact an advocate to get relief.

as per your sictution u file a divorce case against your husband and that processing is some documents have you . now u where living if u residing u r parents house therefore u send a legal notice firstly and then file a divorce case against him
