I want to discuss about DNA test to keep myself away from paternity.

Can I ask doctors at hospital to do a dna test of my our newly born baby, without the concern of my wife. Because I want to make myself 100% sure that I am the Biological father of our baby. And I don't want my wife to know just to avoid any dispute regarding this.

see its not possible the way you are saying to do the DNA without informing the child 's mother that is your wife but then also there are some ways through which you can move forward for DNA what is your jurisdiction..

yes you can always get the DNA test done on your child and for that no consent of the mother is essential if the father is consenting. however please be informed that no legal consequences will ensue by the result of such report without further proof and other corroboration of any allegation which you may bring based on the report.
