I want remarriage after complete one year exparte decree

After exparte order i can remarriage ?My ex wife can leagle harassment me or my 2nd wife ? My 2nd marriage is legally or not ?

your wife can challenge the ex- party decree by filing Misc. petition. (1) She can only succeeded if she is able to prove that there was sufficient cause or reason to abstaining from the court proceedings (2) you can remarry after six months of degree of divorce.

after an exparte divorce has been obtained and the appeal period for that order is over the order will attain finality and thereafter you are legally permitted to marry again. your ex wife is no more your wife legally and therefore no harrasment as a wife can be made by her on your second wife or upon your second marriage which will be a valid and legal one. the only recourse she can take is to claim maintenance from you if she has a valid case. also child custody is another aspect that she can fight for. other than that she has very little ground to harass you.
