I want my wife and child to stay with me.. But my wife have left me al

My wife went to her mother's house, after 3 months of my babies birth and now she is not ready to come back. It's almost 9 months now and yet she is not ready to come back. She had also blocked me from all communication platform so I cannot even contact her now. I want to stay with her and my baby. But she is not at all ready to come back. She is also threatening me of legal consequences if I try to visit her house or try to contact her.. Please advice what should I do now.
You can file for restitution if conjugal rights and legally call upon her to reside together. There is every possibility that she would file domestic violence proceedings against you and might also file a FIR against you. she may also initiate 125CRPC proceedings for maintenance against you. it is advisable that you initiate action her before she does
