Sir Meri Shadi 2010 me hindu riti riwaj se hui thi.Dec 2010 me meri ek beti hui..meri patni jisne ek shadi pehle se kar rakhi thi or usne 100 stamp paper par talaq le liya..uski pehli shadi june 2009 me hui thi or oct 2009 me rajistrar office se jakar 100 ke stamp par talaq le liya..
Wo mere sath hi reh rahi hai..
Par wo mere sath bhout hi bura bartav karti hai.apne ma baap ke pass jayada rehti hai unhi ke kehne par chalti hai aap bataiye mai kya karu
Kya usse meri shadi valid hai
Or agar nahi to mai usse kaise chutkara pau..
it is not a valid marriage no decree is given 100 e stamp paper but if you are known to that thing that she was married prior to it is your fault now you have a daughter from her you can pursue the divorce case in regard that's if you are not known about that she was married to discuss this thing with e competent lawyer with all your relevant papers

चूंकि आपकी अब एक बेटी भी हो चुकी है, तो अब आप पर दोहरी जिम्मेदारी आ गई है, क्योंकि भले ही वह आपकी कानूनन पत्नी ना हो किन्तु बेटी तो आपकी ही है। इसलिए बेहतर यही होगा कि आप बात-चीत के माध्यम से हल निकालने का प्रयास करें।
