I want divorce with my husband becoz of his extramarital affair

We have a shop worth 50L.shop is registered on his name.I have 2 female children. If I seek divorce with him now, does my children or me have any right on that property?

yes yourself and your children have right in the shop. I even suggest you to try for. mediation process So that property can be settled in favour of you people. so take a diligent step and get benefitted and without any alimony, settlement don't give divorce to ur husband.

hi if the property is acquied by his self means then he would rights over the property for himself and you could file for maintenamce cases and also for domestic violence cases pending divorce proceedings
