I need urgent help my father harass my mother and me mentally

Due to my father my mother started having loan from 2006 and now she is denying under pressure as my father does not help my mother she is bound to take more loans and he even doesn't take care of me doesn't talk to me doesn't want to give money from my higher studies and i love my mother very much she is mentally very disturbed and i can't see that daily because of that i just want to die so can i file a case against my father?
