Definitely you can get it, but not without filing appropriate application in the court for getting it all back. If you have already filed a divorce case, an application can be filed at any stage before the case is decided and if you are planning to file a case the application can be filed along with it seeking the requisite relief from the court. If you are staying in Delhi and is aggrieved by the atrocities being committed by your husband you can avail the legal remedies and can file litigation cases from here in Delhi against your husband and seek streedhan apart from maintenance

as you are saying that you and your husband lives in two places seperately and your jwellery is in bhopal bank locker which is on your husband name. as your name is not there in the bank locker so it is vert difficult to get your jwellery im normal sinario but if we move through court an dget the order from the court to precure your stridhan from tht perticular locker as matter of right we can do it very quickly but with the help of court only .

You can’t operate the locker directly or indirectly. You must mention the same in your application, and your police complaint (if any), and if you are going for mutual divorce then u can ask the same before any motion bcoz later nobody will give ! All the best
