I have no contact with my wife from past 1 year

I have no contact with my wife from past 1 year, her family is telling me that she has been married to someone else, what shall I do in this case?

yes you have to file application in the High court for serching of your wife and first you mentioned when your wife lefted your metrimonial home after lefted home you have filled any compliant nearby police station if filed or not please mentioned I will will give you more advice

You should have filed a missing report at the very first instance itself, and then subsequently a habeas Corpus petition before the High Court if the police didn't investigated in the matter. i will have to seek more instructions from you for proper further steps.
