No. F.I.R cannot be cancelled. If it is rejected then court may have asked police to conduct a further investigation. Get a certified copy immediately if you are unable to check online and go through the order
Q: Travel abroad while pending 498a - (Brother of husband)
My wife filed false 498a, 504, 323, 506(2) on my and my family. However high court gave stay order not to file Chargesheet for my family only Chargesheet against me is filed and currently case is in evidence of prosecution status.My brother whose name also in fir and got stay order as I mentioned above he needs to travel abroad for vacation. Bail condition was not to travel without permission. What kind of appplication do we need to file in this case? Which court should we approach?
