Hi,
I would like to see the FIR and want to know if the accused has filed any anticipatory bail in this regard.
Moreover it's a forced rape or on pretext of marraige.
Feel free to contact me for any legal assistance.
All the best

You have filed an FIR u/s 313 and 376 IPC. Firstly, you must be having a copy of FIR. The sections mentioned by you relates to cognizable offences. Since the Police has the relevant proof and is not keen to arrest the accused you must file a complaint before the magistrate under Sec 156(3) to direct thr concerned P.S to complete the invetigation and take further action. Consult a lawyer and proceed. Also find whether the accused have applied for bail.
