I have been mentally tortured by my in laws and husband

3 months into the marriage my husband and in laws wanted a loan from me of 380000 . which now they refuse to pay and asked me to leave the house when i refused for a additional of 9 lakh rupees of loan .. They taunted me and gas lighted me .. Now i have a Arrest warrant on me from the bank for paying the dues. I am currently unemployed . I logged a complaint in my local police station but they agreed in front of the PSI later the next day they didnt show up for the foreclosure. The money was used by my inlaws and husband for their business

Well, you can file a Sec 498A of IPC Police Complaint against them for causing Domestic Violence with you. Moreover, you can get them arrested for torturing you & inflicting physical injuries upon you for Dowry under the Prevention of Dowry Act.

hello you can find case of a cheating and criminal breach of trust against your in laws. give the money was used by making a false promise to you then the case falls under the offence against property. also partially case of extortion. this is also a case of dowry harassment by your in laws. please proceed to file a police complaint first and move to the court.

dear client file 498 a complaint against husband and his family members for dowry harassment. also file domestic violence case against them and u can claim good amounts as compensation from them. for any legal help call me adv Prasad Patil pune
