I have an abusive brother who literally is too voilent and ruling over my mother n me since my father passed away in 2012. He doesn't helps in anythng, alwys wastes money that i earn. He all the time plays games and have addiction to smoking. He fights and threatens for very silly reasons like about food, about mother going to church, about slow driving when he is with us, he drives very very fast and we can't tell him anything. For evry thing he will fight to that extreme level that he ends up beating me. Have tried raising hand on mother as well. Onve he pushed my mother and she fallen just because she was protecting me from his slaps.

I think you need a psychiatrist more than a Lawyer. From law perceptive you need to complain to police station/women police cell/women commission etc. I very well know that you don't need a Lawyer to advice you this. But from my experience let me tell you that this situation can go worse. Out of love towards him your mother may not make such complaints but he may harm himself and your family. May be that he has borderline personality disorder(google it ). You may call me for any further legal advise.
