I and my wife married for 1.2 years, but till now my wife didn't stay in my house even for 1 month everytime she's staying in there parents house and demanding money. We have 1 babynMy family had multiple discussions with my wife and her parents, still there is no change in there behaviornnPlease request to help me on filing RCR, I have contacted many lawyers in bangalore everyone quoting minimum 25k. But I don't have that much budget. .

I understand your questions so now you want to file a RCR case in banglore right yes it is possible so you have to file a case in family court and take a dcree from court it is possible to take your wife first you have to show the court you are capable to look after your wife good ethical and love and affection so do you need any legal help contact me thank

Family court cases you can represent on your own no need of lawyer if you cannot afford.. family courts doesn't require appearance from lawyers. If you still need any assistance you can consult me by taking appointment
