Dear sir I am a minor with 17 years 11 months but my family were forcing to marry with another Boy
But I want to go with him and what was answer sir
What do you want, when you know that you are a minor, Your marriage will be illegal .
Since you are still a minor , legally, You cannot marry without parental consent until you turn 18 .
After that you have the right to choose your partner.
You and your love are serious , wait until you are legally an adult.
Then consider marriage with proper legal steps .

hi if your parents are not allowing to marry and meet him then you could give a complaint to the concerned police for police protection to both as you want to marry and you were detained against your wish and that if they are not acting upon the conplaint then you could approach court

Girl must complete 18years and boy must complete 21 years then only marriage is valid …. Below this age marriage is not valid and boy may get jail also …. After u complete 18years and boy has to complete 21 years then u take help of police and go for marriage, any further help approach us
