I am married since last 24 years. I am only the earning member of my family. My husband is not having any income though I bought 1acre land for him to build his agriculture business. Land is on his name. Now I came to know that he is having affair.My daughter is 23 years old. Now she is doing job in pune. My husband is very toxic person. My daughter also don't want to live with him. Now want to take divorce but I want my land back. what will be the solution for this..please help

starting with the notice, can claim land or money back with interest. Divorce petition along with civil suit would be a course of action, probably resulting in mutual settlement that can be worked. do get in touch for further assistance

Hello, your marriage is quiet big period and your daughter is also working. In such situation if you are planning to take a divorce then you should send him legal notice and ask him to take divorce by mutual consent. If he is not ready for this then you have to file contesting divorce petition against him based on ground of divorce. In this divorce, you can also apply for maintenance for yourself being jobless.
