I am married and have a kid..recently, i found I have a rare genetic disease..I am afraid that it will come to my kid too..I want my husband to marry another person and have healthy kids and live happily. But I don't want to get divorce. With my consent can he marry another person?

Good heart indeed! But marrying a person during the lifetime of the legally wedded wife amounts to commission of offence of bigamy. Only available solution is to go for divorce by mutual consent. Or your husband can go for live in relationship with your knowledge and consent.

no your husband will not get second marriage with your consent. he becomes bigamus and jailed. so it is not possible to get second marriage. you have to mutual divorce and allow your husband to remarry along with your son.
