I am looking for Some information about RCR legal notice

Hi my wife is living away by saying I am doing the job for the last year, can I send here RCR legal notice, is it fair to leave your partner for a job?

Yes you can serve her so. But she also has right to work. Why don’t you go and stay with her? Try to convince her to work at your native place, if she doesnt respond positively, then serve her notice.

You can initiate RCR proceedings under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act against your spouse, if she has left your company without any reasonable cause. Doing a Job is a different thing. You need to show that she has left without any genuine reason And is not resuming cohabitation

If your partner has left you just for the job, you can help her arranging job near you.. or if it’s not feasible for you to shift with her then the only way is to help her for arranging job near you. Yes you can send her legal notice for Restitution of conjugal Rights, if she’s staying away without any reason.
