I am government servent. Muje lagta hau meri wife property ke liye meri life khatam kar sakti hai. To kya mai uska naam property se hata sakta hu, ya aisa kar sakta hu jisse ussko property na mile.

Jee bilkul aap uska Property se naam hata denge, toh jyada behtar hoga. Halaki pehle aap sure ho jao, par, agar aap naam nahi bhi hatate aur Will kisi dusre ke naam nahi banate marne se pehle, toh saari ki saari Properties aapke marne ke baad, Biwi aur baccho ko jaati hai aur phir dusre Class-I Legal Heirs ko

Hello, aapko agar ye property usko nahi deni hai to aapko jisko deni hai uske name ki WILL bana k rakhni padegi tabhi ye property apki biwi ko nahi jayegi, uska right aapke self acquired property mein aapke marne k baad ATA hai
