I am a Hindu cheated by a boy who is sc, that he has promised me to marry and denying now. Giving reason of family. And once I requested them they are saying in 1 year gap you did not convince your parents now if you request we will complain against you.
for criminal offence caste not matters you can file a cheating case and other cases under various sections , narrate the incident and file the complaint before jurisdictional police , delaying in filing complaint may weaken your case take necessary instructions from any advocate so that you can avoid mistakes
