I AM A HINDU RETIRED SENIOR CITIZEN. ADVOCATE'S NOTICE SERVED BY POST TO MY TEMPORARY ADDRESS. MY NAME MENTIONED IN THE NOTICE WAS MIS-SPELLED AND NOT IN FULL FORM. I DID NOT TAKE DIRECT DELIVERY FROM THE SPEED POST PERSON. SHOULD I OPEN THE SEALED NOTICE ENVELOP, IN THE PRESENCE OF SOME LAWYER?

dear client as per your query since you received a legal notice from advocate then you need to send the reply of the legal notice through advocate you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees..

you must open the letter and read the content of it and scan the letter and send it to a genuine lawyer who would guide you with pros and cons and also you must do immediatelyso that you understand the depth of the issue
