Husband wants Divorce as his family asking him to do

I and my husband are married for 7 years, have undergone two miscarriages in last three years. No children. Last year September I have been diagnosed with Breast cancer. I and my husband live in different cities due to work. Now he is demanding divorce stating we don't live in same place. I have filed FIR as they took dowry. He and his family tortured coming home only to take divorce during my treatment of cancer. I don't want to divorce. How long should I stay at his place to quash this?Pl help

if you are been punished you can file a petition for cruelty under the Hindu marriage act he is demanding divorce you have to go to the court and get a order as you are ill the judge will see the illness and grant the order

according to your query you are not willing to give the divorce to your husband but your husband is trying to get divorce from you and you have already registered and FIR against your husband for the demand of dowry and you both are living in different cities and you are going with medical treatments also no kindly tell me what you want

aapne jo jankari di hai isme iske hisab se aapke husband aap se divorce ni le sakte baki aapne aur kaun kaun se case apne husband k against kiye hai yeh b dekhna padega aur kya aapke husband ne divorce file kiya hai toh uska kya ground liya hai yeh janakri b required hai so adhik janakri k liye aap contact kar sakti hai tb aapko sahi janakri di ja sakti hai.

love with ur husband or alone but never leave your matrimonial home. no one can divorce you alone. if he not agree to stay with you then you can file a sec 9 RCR case in the court and also file a domestic violence act case.

Please get a direction of proper investigation in the matter from the High Court so that justice may be done to you....and also appear in divorce case and get an objection filed in the case through a lawyer in the Court so that no exparte order be passed by the Court...
