Husband throw me out of in-laws house and in-laws filled a case against me, I am leaving in servent quater, this is second marriage for both of us. I have no kids from first marrigae becasue my husband was a gay and his first wife died beause of cancer he has two kids but he never alowed me to have kids. what should i do can i ever go in my in-laws house, do i have any rights.

what are you know about the your right if your husband throughout from the your metremonial house .
now you can file a two cases against the her husband and your in-laws one domestic volinanc case and another regarding the alimony maintenance cases against the your husband.

You have an option to avail legal remedies and can file a domestic violence complaint against your husband and in laws seeking maintenance, return of streedhan, separate residence order, compensation etc. You can also file a petition under section 125 crpc and seek maintenance. Hi,

You can file suit for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 HMA .
As far as right to reside in in-laws house is concern , if the house is an ancestral house or belong to your husband you have right to live in that house , if it's owned or acquired by some other person you don't have any right on that house.
But you still have right for maintenance and right to have shelter as per your standard of living , which your husband will have to provide.
