7th year running marriage life till now no kids no family life no relation no money earnings, simply sitting at home my husband, my hard earnings theft and run away from home & Staying in hotels telling that searching for job.all ways telling lies for everything. I am not seeking for divorce right now I want to catch him and he should have fear about future never think about run away from family and hard work for family to earn money that type of case I want to file in court.pls help me now what I have to do? We are from hindu religion. IT IS A MATRIMONIAL case

Dear Client, first of all give a complaint on your husband and on his family members who were involved in this to the nearest Police Station with all proofs/evidences which are available with you. Police will book a case under related sections and catch that person. The police can move the case to the court and the court will give an arrest warrant etc.,
