Husband not taking responsibility of son and me

My husband is not taking responsibility of taking care of me and my son , he made quit job , he won’t give me financial support nor let me find job . He always goes with his cousin brothers and tell lies he has habit of betting, drinking, hitting wife

Hello Madam, We can definitely help you regarding this. You can take your husband to court and get an order for your maintenance and you can also approach Criminal Court and file harassment case against your husband.

I understand your problem so please once you talk with your husband convinced to rejoin you and you have one kid don't worry you have a right to your husband property and if you want your husband you file the Restitution of conjugal right case at family court so court will refer the case to mediation center that time you and your husband sitting in front of the Mediater and talk detailed your issue and solve
