Husband not returning money and willing to give divorce

How do I recover the money I deposited to my husband's account as we were planning to buy new home as now he is denying to give that money back to me.He is not allowing me to enter matrimonial home saying he wants divorce.he is forcing me to send divorce notice though I do not wish for divorce. I am jobless now and hence, asked him for my money but he is denying to give it.

hi in this case you have to file petition for restitution of conjugal rights wherein you can get you marital rights back you can also apply for maintenance as you are jobless. for the recovery of the money you have to initiate domestic violence proceedings

Hello Madam, Do you have any proof showing that you have deposited money in your husband's account. Money deposit slip or statement of account or neft etc. details. If yes you can send him legal notice for recovery of money. In case he refuses to return it you can file suit for recovery of money
