Husband not ready to sign the divorce papers

I am a working woman, Hindu by caste and its been 5 yrs since we got married. I walked out of the marriage since last 4 years, but my husband is not ready to leave me. Its been 4 yrs of no communication and based on incompatibility issues I have walked out of it. My in laws have agreed but not my husband. The marriage is already over and i did not register my marriage as well. Please help me, as I want to come out of these clutches asap!

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that your husband is not ready to sign the papers of documents, for the same we shall take appropriate legal steps if he'll agrees to it then it's OK, if not then we shall take exparte order for the same.

Hello, You may file for divorce but it would contested divorce. This way it would take more time and you would have to provide sufficient evidence to support your claims. Usually people after first notice try to settle and work out the matter but if that does not happen you can move to litigation. Feel free to contact me for any assistance
