Husband not going for MCD wants money to be reduced

Dear Sir, Me and my husband agreed for MCD in family court. He agreed to pay 10 lakhs rupees for the settlement. He gave 5 lakhs for the withdrawl of various charges filed by me in women cell. Since our marriage stands less than a year therefore our whole settlement papers and affidavit were in court. He is supposed to come on 1st feb to file for first motion of divorce. But Now he is refusing to pay 10 lakhs rupees to me. He had all the original settlement papers alongwith affidavit of 5 lakhs rs DD recieved by me. These all papers were duly sign by me and him with court stamp. Please answer me on the following things 1. I have mention on these papers that we were living in separation from the first day of marriage. Then, How I can file for dowry, domestic violence and other cases on them. 2. It was mention on the papers that if this settlement failed then I need to return all the money received. Can he make me to do it? 3. What are the exact charges I can put them on now.
