Husband not giving maintainance from last 2 months

I am a mother of 2 sons....I live in my mother's house as my husband works abroad. From last 2 months he is not given any money for my expenses. I want to make him take his responsible ties as we have have 2 kids. I am a home maker. Pls asking for ur expertise advice...
There are provisions in Law to obtain maintenance for you and your children from their father, but the problem is he being not in India, some how you have to get the Court notices served on him, and alter executing any order of Court against him.

As you are asking for maintenance have you taken divorce you have not mentioned. If as a duty bound husband if he is not taking care of you means yo can file application for maintenance before family court and ask for maintenance of you and your kids. Meanwhile contact any advocate and send one legal notice to him by mentioning the same and wait for his reply notice before taking further legal action.
