Husband not coming home since 2 years

We got married in 2010 and right from then he has been physically abusing me, and torturing me. When in 2018 he hit me and I was injured I decided I couldn't take it anymore then I informed my brother who came and then in front of all he accepted he had hit me. Then that day I revealed how in the past he used to visit brothels and once I also had picked him up in an inebriated state. And after knowing this my brother got too angry and slapped him once and then the matter escalated and seeing the situation my brother removed me to his in laws place. And after 2 weeks my brother dropped me back home. However once I entered he left the house and never came back. SInce 2 years I am raising my 10 years daughter alone and he has paid her fees only for 2 quarters. The thing is that I understand that my daughter needs both of us and that is the reason I don't consider divorce an option. I would like to know what all options do I have legally and what he is upto. (Multiple proofs avlbl with me)
