husband not appearing in court when can maintenance be granted

Hello m hindu with subcaste sindhi . I have filed a maintenance case against my husband under crpc 125 . On two hearings my husband didn't turn up but his advocate turned up. So I want to is it not compulsory for my husband to come and when will my maintenance be agreed by court if my husband's advocate is delaying the matter.

Have faith in your lawyer. meanwhile you can demand interim maintenance while your final maintenance order pass. you are concern about your maintenance instead of pretense of your husband. your lawyer will handle.

Dear,
If you can applied for granting interim maintenance then ask to the court for granting interim maintenance.
Second thing ask court to provide very short date so matter will move speedy. Put the various judgments for granting interim maintenance.

If your husband is not attending proceedings, you may file an application for closing his right to file reply and also you can pray for proceeding ex-parte. In that case court may pass order without presence of the husband
