You can claim maintenance out of the deposits, savings etc of the husband by way of attachment of property in case he is not found and the matter is decided ex parte against him. You cannot claim from his grandparents, but only through the property of the husband.

No you cannot claim maintenance from your in laws it is a settled law ad neither your child can claim any maintenance from his grand parents. But you could file petition asking maintenance from your husband and file a complaint with the police against him if he has left without saying anything and file a complaint for your gold items being locked in his locker. there are many ways to ensure your husband's presence in the court.
And the meaning of your last line is not clear, please write in a meaningful way.
