Husband left me and our three kids

It has been 4 years since my husband left me and my three children. I had filed a case in the family court to get maintenance. As a result, the court awarded Rs. 9500 per month. But I have not received any maintenance other than Rs. 6000 per month. I don't own a house or property. What legal aid can I get?
You can file application to strikeoff the pleadings of your husband in the maintenance case and also application to arreat him on warrant by the police first of all you have to provide the details about your case and circumstances

If the family court had awarded Rs. 9500 as maintenance, your husband is bound to give that amount and nothing less than it. If he is giving only Rs 6500 then you need to file an execution petition to get the remaining amount. For more details you may contact me.

To enforce the full maintenance amount of ₹9,500, you should file an Execution Petition beofore the same Family Court that passed the order. Since you are not receiving the full amount, the court has the power to issue a warrant for the recovery of arrears, attach your husband's salary or property, and even order civil imprisonment if he willfully defaults.

Over four years (48 months), the total arrears amount to ₹1,68,000 (48 × 3,500). To claim this, you must file an Execution Petition (EP) or application for arrears before the same Family Court that issued the maintenance order.
