If a person run away after taking loan from financier approx 50,00,000 and now those financiers harass the family and kids in that case what should we do? Is there any way to safe them?

You should file a complaint with the local police officer. FIR will be registered but should be done on immediate basis. The FIR will note that their is no liability from your end or even the family’s liability.
In case the wife is being harassed, she should file criminal charges before the financier files a complaint or grows more in harassment.
