Husband having extra marital affair what to do

Hi i m a female 38 years age n having a son. My husband is cheating me, he is living out of city n comeback in 15 days. When i enquired i came to know that he is in affair with a girl. They seem to b married also, i have only facebook pictures as proof of my husband and her girl friend. Thay may b in a living relationship. I dont wanna live with him. Tell me how to proceex further with fb pics Thanks

fact are not clear you have not mentioned about your religion. you can file a petition for divorce under hindu marriage act on ground of adultry if your religion is hindu. only facebook pictures are not sufficient to prove that he has an affair with another girl. need some more evidence. you can call me for better resolution
