Husband Had Multiple Relationships Before Marriage.

Hi, i recently got to know my husband had multiple (5) relationships in past, few are physical and few are only on phone calls. We are not in good terms from the time we got married. But from the time we got married he is not in contact with anyone as far as i know. Is it possible for me to divorce him based on this? I have a few chats of their past relationships. What case can be filed for such an instance. Please suggest.

okay I understand your questions so your husbandbhad many girl contact before marriage so now you want divorce on his behaviour right yes it is pissiblebtoy get divorce cruality and his negleted behavior also so you will apply it is possible for divorce if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Madam, Past conduct of the husband or wife cannot be taken into consideration to get divorce. To get mutual divorce you may file multiple cases and see that your husband is forced to agree for mutual divorce. You have no grounds to file divorce unleas you file Divorce Violence case etc.
