Husband got remarried without getting divorced. he filed a divorse case. Our Advocate told us that we need to find proof of his second marriage. What steps we should take further in this case? Do we need to find out the proofs of his second marriage ? What if his second wife and her family are hiding their marrige ? If we make a police Complaint will they arrest him immediately ?
In the cases of Bigamy( second marriage) the police cannot lodge a complaint or arrest the couple. You will have to find a private complaint. And you need only proofs like photos or Neighbors testimony or there are ways to collect proofs. Contact me for further details

no one can do second marriage without divrcing his second marriage,, so you can file a police complaint against him in the local station, and also file a case against her second wife and his parents . case can be registered against a section 494 (bigamy) law. the maximum punishment may extent upto seven years imprisonment
