Husband filled Restitution of conjugal rights

I am ready to go rejoin my husband, since we are working in banglore. I am ready to go there, but he wants me to come back to his parents place. He said like his not working currently, I have one year old son. Its been more than 6month he didnt try to contact us,I tried all the ways to rejoin him he refused to take us back. So how will be the court procedure. If i am ready to join him back. How long it will take for court judgement, In the mean time Can i file for maintenance of my son.
okay I understand your questions so your husband filed restitution of conjugal rights but he is not interested only he filed that case right some pepoles are filed like this case to avoid any casess filed other side means respondent so if you want your husband so you will take court final decrease or before take mediation and consolation then you will join with you r husband so then also he is not take you snd your kid so you have to file section 125 crpc get maintenance so if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Madam,
You can immediately file maintenance for your son and get interim Maintenance. Further, you need no court order to enter your matrimonial house. If they do not allow you may call local police and forcibly stay there. The Supreme Court says that it is the house of daughter-in-law and mother-in-law and other families shall stay outside.
