Husband filed divorce under pressure of in laws

I have 5 months old baby. And my husband filed divorce against me. They and my in laws torture me mentally emotionally and physically during pregnancy. And nw they are forcing to devorce me. What should I do.

Well, if your In Laws including your Husband have been forcing you to seek Divorce from your Hubby, then, it is upto you, whether you want to Divorce him or not, if you won't Divorce him, he has to keep on paying Maintenance to you as well as child support.

It totally depends upon your decision what exactly you want. If you don’t want divorce then you can present your case likewise in the court and if you wish to divorce your husband as well then you need to draft in that manner and take further steps

Hello, Advocate Minakshi Ovhal-Dakhane here, you can file petition for restitution of conjugal right before family court. and you can file domestic violence case against husband and in laws. you can ask maintenance under same Petition or you can file separate maintenance application under sec. 125 of CrPC. any further legal information you can call me.
