Husband filed cruelty case matter resolved now refused to withdraw

Me and my husband got married 1year back, he filed a petition on me for cruelty basis, after 3months we again started living together separately , when I asked for the withdrawal of case , he again started bouncing back on me by giving a complain , that am torturing him. I just need a proper solution what to do for my rights. Now trusting him I came alone , and now am been fooled by him. Kindly help.

Hello, If he not withdraw your case then you have to file counter otherwise the matter will be set ecparte and marriage dissolved by court on cruelty grounfs against you. Better tell him to withdraw or you file counter

Hibmadam/sir. Hi madam once you reunion mean you have any copy of memo because both the party file any memo then only you will legally reunion without memo you reunion how to he withdraw the case

If he still continues his torture, you can lodge a police complaint under DV Act. Thereafter you can approach court for further action against him if you desire. If you are staying away from him now [ its not clear from your query] also you can file a petition for maintenance.
